Gasrec’s stations benefit from UK-wide maintenance and service support from TSG UK, one of the UK’s largest fuel services and equipment providers.

TSG’s nationwide maintenance network of engineers and support staff is on hand 24/7 to support Gasrec facilities. Gasrec’s in-house engineering team works closely with TSG to provide the support its customers need to keep UK trucks on the road.

TSG’s UK-wide coverage enables Gasrec to reduce its response times to maintenance events across the UK and benefit from a large range of other services.

The partnership with TSG also enables Gasrec to scale up its station network across the UK without compromising response times. As a result, the partnership is helping the UK’s gas refuelling network to grow faster.

Fuel management units

In addition to maintenance and service support, TSG also supply Gasrec with Dialog Fuel Management systems on each of its stations, allowing customers to use their fuel cards to access fuel and sending live, in-depth data to Gasrec. TSG also created bespoke software, customised to meet the clients requirements, enabling Gasrec to process large amounts of refuelling data.
