Our work is based on three core activities. We harness our expertise at each stage of the process to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
Build
We work with our clients to design and build bespoke CNG and LNG refuelling facilities. We offer private facilities or publicly accessible refuelling stations in strategic locations.
Operate
We run the station from the start. From upgrades to maintenance to expansions - our expert team of engineers do it all, 24 hours a day. Our stations are operated and maintained in partnership with TSG UK.
Supply
Our own gas-powered tankers deliver LNG direct to stations when customers need it. We also supply CNG by grid connection or by tanker (known as LCNG) where a grid connection is not available.
Our Remote Monitoring Centre makes us different.
We have a team of six technicians working round the clock, 365 days per year at our RMC to support our customers and their gas stations. Our friendly team of technicians triage engineers, offer advice and are a crucial and unique part of Gasrec’s operation.

The RMC allows real-time monitoring of Gasrec’s refuelling stations and gas supply chain, identifying potential safety issues early. This proactive approach minimizes risks like gas leaks or equipment failures, ensuring higher safety standards across all sites.

The RMC tracks refuelling station performance 24/7, identifying maintenance needs before they affect station performance. This predictive maintenance reduces unplanned disruptions and ensures refuelling stations are always operational for our customers.

Your drivers will have 24/7 access to technical and operational support across the Gasrec network. While refuelling, drivers can use the always-on intercom, which dials directly to the RMC, and transport managers can call the support line whenever they need anything.

Robust, scalable supply-chain
Our fleet of LNG delivery tankers gives us maximum control over our fuel deliveries and helps us get it to our customers wherever and whenever they need it.
In-house fuel card system
We operate our own fuel card system, giving you access to a suite of Bio-LNG and Bio-CNG stations across the UK and a simple, all-in-one billing process. If you need a fuel card, just let us know.
24/7 technical support
Our Remote Monitoring Centre (RMC) means we can see what’s happening at our stations at all times, allowing us to react quickly and deploy technical support rapidly.

Rather than working to a fixed schedule, they monitor station tank telemetry in real-time making our operation as flexible and responsive as possible to your fleet’s needs.
